The IQ/intelligence test is similar to the GMAT process: there is an analytical skills test and a reading comprehension test.
HR phone screen was fairly standard.
Interview consisted of 1:1 interviews with 3 different people. Standard behavioural questions that included why you want to work for Manulife, which courses did you like best from the MBA, questions on how I approached cases. The 3 people were very high up in the organization and were fine.
