Phone screen for a tech sourcer role. The conversation went well and she said she would move forward and get back to me on the next steps. Almost a month later I got an automated response saying they werent moving forward. I really wanted to like this company since they really tout themselves as transparent and inclusive but this experience and similar interview feedback on this site gives me pause and actually makes me wonder how much of that information on their website is authentic.
