It was an open house, and we were put into groups. There were two managers conducting the interview, each asking questions from a sheet of paper. The applicant would take turns answering questions.

asked basic questions and there were a few people in the room. phone interview beforehand and invited in for an interview afterwards. it was an overall good experience. i was interviewed with a few other candidates as well.
