Normal interview, but the process was ridiculously long. It's one thing when it's long, but it's another when you ask and they tell you it'll be a week. Very unprofessional to delay this way. It was one delay after another, for no apparent reason, and it wasn't communicated in the slightest. Just didn't hear back for a long time.
At the time of your interview we did not have a dedicated Talent Acquisition team and were going through an exciting time of growth . We have since built a Global Talent Acquisition team to support our ambitious growth plans , and improve our processes to reflect who we are as a business. We are sorry that your experience was long and you found this frustrating.
