It was a quick interview process and everyone was very kind. The location, however, was very unkept. My first communication with them was a quick 15 minute phone interview. They then called me in for an in-person interview of which there were two stages with two different people to speak to privately. It went pretty well, was straightforward, and didn't take long. The responsibilities for position itself ended up being more akin to a direct sales position so the job title was misleading.
