The interview process was great; until the end. The interviewers were kind and respectful however even though I made it to final rounds they were unable to send an email to let me know I didn't get the position even after I followed up. Thats unprofessional considering I completed a lengthy process. I don't mind now that I didn't get hired but at the time the interviewer (Hiring manager) let me know I was the most perfect fit which was misleading considering I got ghosted.
