The interview process at Marakon is consistent with the experience I have seen and heard of at other firms. You can expect to have problem solving skills evaluated through cases (both in person and over the phone) and you should expect a check for demonstrated leadership through behavioral interviews. Interviewers also assess fit because the firm is so small.
