Somewhere between casual and professional. Not many fluffy interview questions; management wanted to see experience rather than a well rehearsed answer. There were definitely more interested interviewers than others, but for the most part everyone just wanted to hear what you had to say.

Easy and prompt experience scheduling interview. No phone interview with hiring manager straight to on site. Typical series of interviews on site with supervisors, managers etc followed by refinery tour. Smart friendly people.. overall good experience

Brief phone screen followed by on site interview at refinery. On site was 4 or 5 interviews with different people in the group, refinery truck tour. Pleasant experience, all very good people.

They did a virtual interview and an on site interview. In both interviews, they relied heavily on behavioral questions. In the on site interview, there was a plant tour. I recommend researching the processes and asking questions
