Very casual, we sat at a customer table. It was one of their first days at the store they'd just purchased. I was very interested in the processes surrounding the purchasing of the store, and I believe they really liked that. My employers happened to misplace my resume, so now I think I'll always bring a copy with me just in case.

the interview was super brief, manager explained the role and its responsiblities, it was done virtually over zoom, not many questions were asked and the manager just really wanted to know about my personality
got a call back the day I applied, Informal, generic questions, past work experiences, abilities. Questions like why would you be a great fit to the company, tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses? etc
