Face to face interview with hiring manager, 2nd Interview with regional Manager, Third interview with Sales Vp (be concise). All were very friendly and personable. They stress how much you have to put in on the front end to be successful.

Interview process was average. Typical sales interview questions, had to do a few rounds with different interviewers/managers. Just make sure you do your research on the company and know what Marco has to offer.

You go through a number of reviews with the phone screening then manager and lastly regional manager in order to get accepted. You need to be a culutural fit more than anything. No excuses and hard work is mandatory and growth is needed more than being a complainer.
