All the interview questions were provided up front which I appreciated but the process took a very long time. The interview process also includes a presentation. Overall took about three months.

The hiring company that MCF uses is absolutely terrible. The person who interviewed me didn't want to be there. She said she had only 1 week left at the company before leaving. The entire time she sounded very annoyed, her kids were running around bothering her so she wouldn't focus on my responses to her questions. It's been over a month and still no communication after my video interview.
