Spoke privately with a nurse manager on the PCU floor one afternoon, discussed licensure, my own experience and expectations of the job, salary, typical hours, just chatted all about the job and what we could expect from one another. Very kind, friendly manager; the rest of the staff was a pleasure to meet and talk to.
