Usually takes three interviews: initial, 2nd interview and skills assessment. Initial is usually a group panel. Second interview will be with higher management person. Then if all goes well, you will be asked to do skills assessment in Excel, reading blueprints, and writing emails. Very straight forward, but make sure you ask a lot of questions so you can get the feeling of the management style and work environment.
