It was an Open interview / hiring fair with one round of quick interviews.Applied online and was told to come in for the fair and that I would be interviewed there
It was my first job ever, and I went through 2 rounds. They were both behavioral and asked about work style and teamwork. Both were in person. I got the job immediately after the second interview.

I think you just have to show you have charisma or some interest and they give you the job also previous experience helps but learning it is super easy mostly memory
