The interview was conducted online and was well-structured and professional. The interviewer mainly focused on my CV, asking about my previous experiences and the roles I had taken in different activities. A significant part of the discussion was about how I manage and organize events, especially how I handle planning, team coordination, and unexpected challenges during execution.
