Hiring process includes aptitute, GD (Case Discussion) and PI(2 rounds). Clear and structured process. Aptitude, GD and first round of interview in my college premises. Only selected candidates are taken to Regional office in Hyderabad. Good company to work.

Firstly a case based Gd was conducted and then there were two rounds of interview. First was Hr round where CV based and personality based questions were asked and second was final interview round where questions on conpany, work, location, skills, situation based questions were asked.

I attended the interview through campus placements. Interview process had many rounds. Initially, we have been shortlisted based on our resume, followed by aptitude test, group discussion and Hr round. after completing all this, I have been asked to take my final tech HR round at Hyderebad Office. All the rounds were very easy and simple. It requires some basic preparation like Company background, numerical ability, situation handling capacity, etc. if you prepare yourself, I am sure that you can crack the process.
