I came in to speak to HR directly. I'd had some scheduling conflicts I needed to address in-person. They were very accommodating and got the Captain and Sgt. conducting questions to interview me a day early. It's a panel of two people who sit down and ask the questions. I believe they rate your answer. I think they're looking for keywords.
