First call with HR director went great! In person interview went awkward, very quickly. Was basically told I needed to dissolve the business I currently own and manage because it "would take too much time away from day to day operations". Reiterated that my business has no impact on day to day activity and made sure the interviewer understood that. Essentially it seemed as if the interviewer had zero interest in hearing anything other than me "folding over", to which the interview seemed to be cut short and off I went. After doing some digging and understanding it seems as if they are only hiring fresh people to the industry (which I am not) and their only interest is hiring people to mold them to unrealistic and non personable sales people.

The first round of the interview was a phone call. The second round of the interview was a Behavioral Assessment The third round of the interview was an in person meeting with the Branch Manager
