The interview was in 3 stages with 2 more general behavioral interviews and a portfolio presentation that was aimed at spotlighting 2 case studies. The behavioral interviews asked about experience and design background.

I was reached out for this role and had a 1:1 with the Sr. Product Designer and within the next day, I had a second round for my portfolio presentation to present my 2 projects, 6 people attended the interview. After reaching out to them to thank them, send over some materials and questions I had- I NEVER heard from them again. Totally disrespectful of a candidate's time and effort. I would have hoped that someone had basic manners to let me know that I didn't get to the next round which is much better than being ghosted.
