They contacted me. I had several interviews over a few weeks with different managers via in person and teleconference. Spoke with hiring manager and then people above manager. All the interviews I had were positive and led to additional interviews.

Two interview process with a range of individuals within the region. Extremely professional and pleasant experience, where all the individuals that I had an interview were a pleasure to meet with. They ask some competency based questions but also they want to get to know you as the individual so a good balance.
