Phone screening, then zoom interview. Overall, the process was easy. Everyone was professional and engaging. At the end of the interview, I asked when they would be making a decision (as they were in immediate need of two people) and was told Friday. Which, obviously, came and went. Followed up on Monday to ask if the position had been filled and was told it was not and they would let me know. One week later, nothing. Ghosting applicants is not a good way to convince people to work there or recommend others to apply.
