I was contacted about an open position which started with a series of emails. From email to a phone screening I was asked to come in for a formal interview. After a number of emails and phone calls a date and time was finally set. When I arrived I was asked to take an online test which I can't help but believe was misused to pre-judge my character and business acumen prior to the actual interview. Well, to my further disappointment the interview was nothing more than a meet and greet followed by an empty promise of next steps (which included an interview with the hiring manager). Needless to say that didn't happen and the lack of courtesy and professionalism from which the relationship ended was fitting.
