I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted soon after for my first meeting with the CEO. I was in shock that such a “successful business” has time for its CEO to meet me during my first interview but I went anyway. I passed that interview and was offered a 2nd and was told I would need to block out the entirety of my schedule for the day. I thought I was interviewing for a Marketing Assistant so I did everything they asked. They paired me w a stranger who had only lived in miami for 3 months and I was told we were going to an “event.” Previously to our departure, I was asked to fill out a consent form saying that I wasn’t getting paid for any work for the day. Turns out the girl drove me to a Walmart 40 mins away and made me stand next to her the entire time trying to sell xfinity to people walking past. It was horrible. They trick you!

The first round interview was a one on one with the companies CEO. I was extremely nervous going in because I've never had any expierence in this field but as soon as I sat down and began talking with the president I got comfortable. After the interview was over he said that he would call me back by the end of the day to see if I qualified for the second round interview. All day long I sat by my phone waiting. I finally got a call by 7:00 and was offered the second round interview out of 60 applicants. The second round interview was held belt one of the top corporate trainers at the office who was in charge of showing me the entry level position. He was extremely helpful and explained the company in amazing detail. He gave me a roccomendation for employment which meant I had one more sit down with the CEO where we would discuss how I would benefit the company. All in all it was a very challenging, fun, and eye opening interview as to what kind of jobs are actually available in this field.

The interview process consists of three stages: a preliminary, second, and third interview. Depending on your success, you will proceed to the next stage of the interview. I believe that the extensive interview process allows for job seekers to get a full understanding of their role within the company and provides them with sufficient time to take the next step in their career.
