Applied on LinkedIn and was contacted the next day for an interview. Wasn't told how I would be contacted until 5 minutes before the scheduled time and was sent a Zoom link. The CEO was 15 minutes late (red flag) and only asked about my education before jumping into a portfolio walkthrough. I only got 5 minutes into it and he said he had seen enough so far and offered me a position on the spot to start the following Monday. Because I was only looking for experience to put on my resume, I accepted a 3-month contract.
