Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Marketing Management Analytics (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di gen 2022
Colloquio
Went through a recruiter. Sent my CV in and got a call with HR/Talent Acquisition person and the VP of the London office - both just casual chats, I would say it was more for me to get to know more about the company than anything.
Got through to the next stage which was 4 45-min calls with 4 different people around the company, both Analytical and more client management facing (US + London). They were all great and very amicable. Asked me a little about myself and why I'm looking to change roles. They also had a short case study for me which wasn't too hard, considering I've never done Marketing Analytics before I was able to come up with an answer and infer from context.
I was contacted a couple days later with a really attractive offer, only reason I didn't take it was because my current job gave me a counteroffer I didn't want to pass up.
Everyone I spoke to was lovely and it was a really tough choice turning it down!

Tell me a little about yourself, your background, why you applied for this role
Case study: Getting data back from DP, what is the first thing you would look for to assess data quality? What sort of input variables would go into a marketing effectiveness measurement? If you saw something in the data that surprised you how would you go about checking its validity? What kind of variables would affect the measurement and consequently the outcome of the modelling?
