Very unprofessional funny interview far too chilled out. The manager seems like a man child and he seems to be one of the most senior people in the organisation that you will interact with. I had an initial zoom call which was maybe 10 minutes and then an in-person interview which was again 10 minutes and got the job he did not beat around the bush. There was no niceties. It was straight up that this is the job I expect you to put in stupid amount of hours and you'll be Successful.
