3 rounds of interviews with representatives from different teams. Interview with the team lead, with someone from the hiring team, and with the head of the function. Interviews were great, more like chatting with a friend than being assessed. The questions were somewhat similar.

The interview has at least 3 stages and during the interviews, you will meet the direct manager, someone from the hiring team, and functional manager (for client support role, it's the head of client support, for sales role, it's head of sales). There might be more people involved such as team members or cross-functional roles. Overall the goal of the interview is to understand if the values match and if Markit and the candidate can help each other succeed.
