Colloquio
In this order:
1. phone screen, this was mainly to check educational, professional background, salary expectations, legal status, relocation, etc.
2. technical phone interview, this was a series of questions about C++, STL, SQL, web programming
3. onsite in person interview, met with 3 different people (including the CTO) and questions ranged mostly about work habits, past projects, problem solving etc.
