Three stage interview that took 3 hours. First stage: 3 tests to complete in 1 hour. These included writing/grammar/spelling test, writing/logic test, description of a kitchen implement (main function, key features and how they work) and comparison with an predecessor of that implement (they give you the patent for it). That was quite challenging as it is a lot to get through in the given time. Second stage: technical interview. Chance to talk about what you didn't have the chance to complete from the tests. Also they ask about previous projects, some technical questions on that etc. Third stage: HR interview. That was normal, not hard at all. Just typical questions like why you want to work here etc. Overall a very positive experience with very friendly interviewees.
