Interview process was fair and robust. It was good communication from the recruiting team as well as from the hiring manager. I was overall satisfied with the level of intensity, but also a sense of welcomeness.

Multiple rounds, starting with the direct hiring manager. Global people leader was involved as well. There was an assignment and a scheduled presentation. After the presentation, the interview process simply stopped with a boilerplate email and no feedback whatsoever. The interviews themselves were quite good, but the ghosting and lack of feedback is a serious problem.
Later, I discovered the same role (originally remote) being advertised in a specific location. This suggests that the position requirements changed, which should have been communicated when I solicited feedback.

Phone Interview -> Offline interview -> CEO Interview (Online interview)
The phone interview was an HR screening process, and it did not require any technical questions.
The offline interview was around 40 minutes and the CEO interview lasted for 30 minutes, explaining the roles I will be conducting at work
