I had an initial recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager. That was followed by a panel round that included 5 interviews. Overall the experience was very good, and I enjoyed talking to the interviewers and hearing about their experiences with Marqeta. Everyone was very personable, and I came out of the interviews energized to work with the team. My offer came just after my last interview, and I accepted once the official letter was sent out the next day
