The interview was pretty easy. I was with two managers. We sat in the lobby of the hotel and they asked me about 6 questions. They were both nice and made the interview an ease. They also use the STAR format. They said I would hear something back in three weeks. hasn't been that long yet.

An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
