First I had a phone interview, they asked me why I wanted to work for Marriott and inquired about my previous experience. After that I had a small personal interview and it covered basically the same points discussed over the phone. I also had to take a test that resumed my skills and personality. After that I had to take a drug test. The human resources personnel was very warm and open to the new applicants, they made me feel comfortable and happy to be applying to the company.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
