I applied online and had an on-campus interview at my university. I then took an online assessment to determine if I will move on to the final interview event. Once I found out I was moving on, I was flown to Dallas, TX for the final interview event. At this event, I attended some overview sessions about the program and networked with other students and Marriott leaders. On the final day, you go into an interview with 2 recruiters to determine if you will receive a position.

The interview was done online through HireVue. It was all basic questions. They gave time in between questions to prepare what you want to answer, but just 30 seconds. No reattempts are allowed for the questions.
