Went through an initial phone interview with a recruiter, then took an online skills assessment test, then had a phone interview with someone in the department at the property. I stopped by the hotel a week after the second interview to meet the interviewer face to face (since I was interviewing from out of town). He told me they were offering the position to an internal candidate, but he would like me to apply for the position they would be vacating. Never heard from them again - no updates or job offers. I didn't follow up too aggressively though as I was pursuing a better opportunity.
