Initial communications with Head Office, then met with the GM. Face to face, very clear, concise and good discussion with a view to the expectancies of the role. Interview then took place again with the GM, who very cleverly and sensibly probed me for my response to the clientele, guest satisfaction, financial worthiness of the department. I really enjoyed the interview process.
