Very standard, formulaic interview done from workbook. I was asked to summarize the past work experiences listed on the application, and give examples of how I handled different situations at those jobs. I was asked a few technical questions like how to cook pasta and the proper cooking/storage temperatures for food. The only real stumbling block is the personality test (conducted online with the application)--contains lots of vague and seemingly irrelevant questions, but Marriott takes it very seriously and it can invalidate your application, so think carefully about your answers.

They offer 3 steps of interview process and you have to take a test. Use common sense when you answer your questions. Research on YouTube for Marriott interview. Make sure you don't panic during your interview. Saty calm and use eye contact during the interview. Ask questions never say I don't have any questions you will fail the interview
