Recruiter contacted me the same week I applied online. I had a phone interview the next week with the recruiter and she immediately scheduled me for an in person interview for the following week. Had two 30 minute interviews, both of which showed up to the designated conference room 20 minutes late. I previously interviewed with Marriott International for a Director role, and I once again got the feeling they had no intentions of filling the position from an external candidate. After 2 weeks I did not receive any follow up from the individuals I interviewed with or the Recruiting manager. I followed up and received the "Good luck on your job search". The recruiter also began the response email referring to me as the wrong name.
