The interview process was very straight forward. They asked about my prior service history and knowledge. They were interested in specific examples of my service and exceeding expectations. Very easy process so long as you have a decent history and knowledge.

Il y a eu plusieurs étapes, on rencontre la RH en premier, premier contact par téléphone puis un entretien visio. Ensuite ils rappellent pour un entretien en présentiel, où on rencontre à nouveau la RH, puis le chef de réception, puis un autre responsable. Ça peut paraître impressionnant au début, et surtout pour un poste de réceptionniste.

On parlait en français au début, et puis tout d’un coup, le chef de réception a basculé en anglais. Il m’avait demandé de décrire quelques missions que j’ai aimé effectuer dans mon précédent emploi en anglais. J’avoue que j’ai eu un petit moment de panique, les mots se mélangeaient dans ma tête. Mais ensuite tout s’est bien passé.

They asked questions about why you’re interested in the position. Where you see yourself in 5 years with the company, and they will ask about your computer skills so be prepared. The employee who interviewed me was nice, but come prepared for any questions, about yourself, the position/company, and different scenarios
