After both interviews I filled out pay work for a drug test and background consent. A few days later, I received an email stating that I was hired.

However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
