Very typical interview, mine was one on one with the department manager but I have heard others were done by the two immediate supervisors. Asked all the typical questions, most were geared to customer service experience and willingness to diffuse situations, offer services and resolve opportunities.

After application submission I've got a call from manager who offered to arrange interview. It was at Hotel's lobby. Interview by itself took about 15-20 minutes. In a few days I received a message that my application was declined.
