Got selected after 3 rounds of interview. Basically nothing: They speak to you, and if they like you they will select that's all. They don't bother ask about your future aspirations within the industry, nor your knowledge about the business. You are just considered as another helping hand that can work while they enjoy longer tea and cigarette breaks.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
