Brief, same day as application. Interviewed with the general manager and the guest care manager. It was very laid-back, no pressure whatsoever. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked me a lot about personal skills and accomplishments. She let me know the next day that the job was mine if I wanted it.

However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.
