It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.

My situation is a little different, one of my great friends got me a last minute interview since an associate of theirs quit unexpectedly that morning, so I was able to come in that same day.
Anywho, in my first interview, I filled out a regular application that asked about references and previous employment. I interviewed with my friend, who is the front desk supervisor, and I interviewed with the assistant manager. The interview went quite smoothly, it was actually a little fun we spoke as if we all knew each other yet it was kept very professional. The ASM liked me a whole lot and asked for me to come in again the next day to meet with the main general manager. That was my second and final interview, she didn't really ask questions she more asked about me as a person and what was I looking for. She asked for my availability, and I was offered the job. She set up an appointment for me to take my drug test that same day, and I also went back that afternoon to give them my ID and social for a background check. Altogether, it was quite great, not at all too difficult but it does require you to be outgoing and dedicated to the field of hospitality
