Colloquio
I applied though my schools recruiting website and had my first interview on campus. The first interview wasn't too difficult. They asked a lot of behavior questions and were very aware of the way you chose to answer them and if you were explaining/being thorough enough in your responses. From there I had to take a personality test where it asked you more behavioral questions. It gave a lot of situations and then asked you how you would respond to them. After that I went to a final interview round where you attended a two day event. The first day you networked at a reception and listened to a presentation from some people in the company. You also got to interact with a panel of current and past voyagers and ask them any questions or bring up any concerns you may have. The next day they conducted final interviews. You get interviewed by two people and they asked more in-depth questions that needed a detailed response. This was a more difficult interview than the first. Know the company and do your research. Understand the culture and prove why you want Marriott in your answers.
