Interview started with 2 technical questions about Taleo. Similar to "What is an Infotype?" in SAP. They were looking for a technical SME vs.a strategic thought-leader, yet the Job Description did not have Taleo expertise as a requirement. To me this was an odd pre-requisite for this level position. It seems that the titles are inflated, maybe equivalent to a Manager/Sr. Business Analyst title at another Fortune 500.
