Initial on line web application. But then there is a video section which places you in certain situations. From those situation, they provide you with possible answers as to how you might answer. You have to choose the one that most likely and least likely match your answer. Then if you are accepted, you have a 60 min telephone interview. From there you would receive a 2-3 panel interview.

They use a STAR technique to ask questions. So they may ask, "Tell me about a time that you had to tell someone no". Tell us the Situation, the Task, the Action, and the Result.
