There were two formal phone interviews. The initial interview was with my formal direct manage. The second interview was with the project director which included a job offer. Typically there is a 1:1 interview as well, however i wasnt able to get into the office for the 1:1.

Easy interview. They asked the typical questions and it was very conversational! They are very helpful and the interview is one and done. They typically call once and then sometimes have you meet with someone for onsite interview after. I was hired within a day!
