Colloquio
Avant : Rencontre sur forum étudiant, puis quelques jours plus tard un appel RH pour les détails pratiques de l'entretien (lieu etc), puis un second appel d'un manager demandant si j'avais des questions avant l'entretien.
L'entretien : Hébergement et transport remboursés (appréciable pour un trajet vers Strasbourg). Une première session informative en fin de journée un jeudi, avec une dizaine d'autres candidats. Des RH, managers et employés sont présents pour présenter l'entreprise et répondre aux questions. Le lendemain : 2 entretiens individuels avec 2 jurys différents et une étude de cas à préparer puis présenter en anglais.
Après : rappel en début de semaine prochaine pour le résultat (positif) puis délai d'une semaine pour donner une réponse.

Colloquio
The process entailed a lite phone screen by a P&O (People and Organization) team member. Once that is complete the process moves to a panel interview with a senior P&O member, IT managers and senior IT managers. In this case, a customer of the business that you will be supporting was also involved in the process.

All of the questions were in regards to situations and what you did given a particular situation. Surprisingly, there were no technical questions. Like most companies, Mars is looking for a good fit.
