Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Mars (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) nel mese di dic 2017
Colloquio
1. Online application and online tests - just like any other application for a graduate job
2. Skype interview - one of the best interviews I've ever done. My interviewer made me feel very comfortable and it was great to have an interview in which it felt more like a conversation as opposed to the standard question, answer, question, answer etc.
3. Assessment centre - it was nice that we got to stay overnight in a hotel and have dinner with the other candidates as well as current graduates on the scheme. The actual assessment day involved three assessments, individual presentation, group exercise then individual interviews. The only negative thing I have to say about the day was the fact that after each assessment, the assessors would go into a room to discuss our performance whilst we waited. I didn't think much of it initially until I got to my interview where as soon as I walked into the room, I knew I hadn't got the job. The assessors spoke to me with a different tone compared to the previous candidate who was interviewed, they seemed uninterested and distracted, they were taking minimal notes and each assessor only asked me two questions and were ready to finish the interview within 15-20 minutes.
Overall, the process was positive, apart from the final interview. I would much rather have been sent home before the final interview since it was clear they had already made their decision about me, so that I wouldn't have to had to go through that interview.
